ion on the sta.tus of the discharged
liquor store employees.

Mr. Frawley, after privpte consultption
wi.th the three employees in'trolved, re-
ported that the employees would agree to
a settlement of $1,200.00 each for Mr.
1ilirtz and Mr. Zdenek and $1,000.00 for
Mrs. 'Zdenek. They would then submit
voluntary resignations.

fa.ctory with the Bartenders Union, but
that final approval would hAve to be

by Councilman Hudson ahdseconded qy
Councilman Syring, to accept the resig-
hations bf'-Howard Wirtp,' George Zdenek
and Barbara Zdenek as liquor store employees
and authorizing the Clerk-Treasurer to
grant terminal wage pe.yments of $1,200.00
each to Wirtz and Zdenek and $~,OOO.OO to
Barbara Zdenek. Motion unaminously carried.
