SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER VILLAGE COUNCIL
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE VILLAGE OFFICE BLDG.
MAY 25th 1972 at 7:30 PM.
The Special Meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by V~yor
Bartelt, on May 25, 1972 at 7: 30 PM. 1'1embers were present as follows: Mayer Bartelt
Councilmen Bob otto, Bob Syring, Tom Hudson and Bill Konop.
Purpose of the meeting to review and discuss the Councils feeling in regards to the
Guardian Angels Foundation request for Village assistance in obtaining a bond for
their expansion program at the low tax emempt rates that the Village receives.
After discussion the Council was in full agreement to support the Guardian Angels
Foundation request.
