Information presented for discussion only in an effort to keep the HRA updated on the Main and Gates
Redevelopment Project
Background/Discussion
On June 11, 2019, Commissioner Ovall and staff met with the property owners of 420 Main Street. In an
effort to continue negotiations, both the property owners and the HRA have ordered new appraisals.
Once complete, staff will schedule a closed session to discuss the new appraisal.
