Action Requested
Discuss the liquor operations reorganization plan update.
Background/Discussion
At the June 3rd meeting, City Council gave authorization to hire two liquor store managers. We have
conducted interviews and have found two highly qualified external candidates. This creates the need for
discussion regarding the approved liquor operations organizational structure and the number of full time
positions.
Financial Impact
This may create additional salary and/or benefit costs during the interim until the organization structure
is fully realized.
