SPECIAL MEETING
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ELK RIVER
HELD IN THE ELK RIVER VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING
November 8, 1972 at 11:30 am.
A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by Mayor Bartelt
on November 8, 1972 in the Village Office Building as the General Election Canvassing
Board. Members present were Mayor Bartelt and Councilmen Hudson, Konop and Syring.
The Council met as a canvassing board for the purpose of canvassing the results of the
November 7, 1972 Village Election. Moved by Councilman Konop and seconded by Councilman
Syring to accept the results of the Election. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 3-0.
