SPECIAL MKETING
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ELK RIVER
HELD IN THE ELK RIVER VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING
January 11, 1973 at 12:00 am.
A Special Meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by
Acting Mayor Tom Hudson on January 11, 1973 at 12:00 O'clock am. in the Council
Chambers of the Village Office Building for the purpose of opening and
considering bids for and awarding the sale of $87,000 General Obligation Improve-
ments.
The following members were present: Councilmen Thomas Hudson, Robert Syring and Cliff
Lundberg and the following were absent: Mayor Bartelt, Councilmen Robert otto,
Robert Milne, Village Financial Advisor for the Bond Sale in attendance.
The Council proceeded to receive and open bids for the sale of said bonds. The
following bids were received.

Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson. to award the Sale
of the $87,000.00 Improvement Bonds of 1972 Street & Watermain Improvements to
E. J. Prescott & Company. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0. A copy
of the resolution is attached.
No further business, the meeting adjourned.
