SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER VILLAGE COUNCIL
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING
November 8, 1973 at 11:30 AM.
A Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg
on November 8, 1973 in the Village Office Building as the Optional Village Election
Canvassing Board. Members present were Mayor Lundberg and Councilmen otto, Syring and
Cooper. Village Attorney John MacGibbon was in attendance.
The Clerk-Treasurer presented the Summary statement of votes plus the list of registers for
the Councils review.
The Council met as a canvassing board for the purpose of canvassing the results of the
November 6, 1973 Village Election.
Moved by Councilman Otto and seconded by Councilman Syring to accept the results of the
Election Judges as presented. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0.
No further business, the meeting adjourned. 11:56 AM.
