SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER VILLAGE COUNCIL
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING
December 19, 1973 at 12:00 O'Clock noon
A Special Meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by Mayor Clifford
Lundberg at 12:00 o'clock noon in the Council Chambers of The Village Office Bldg.
for the purpose of opening and considering bids for and awarding the sale of $220,000.00
General Obligation Improvement Bonds.
The following members were present: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmen Tom Hudson, Robert otto
Robert Syring and Village Financial Advisor for the Bond Sale, Robert Milne in attendance.
12:00 o'clock noon the Mayor declared the receiving of bids closed.
The Council proceeded to receive and open bids for the sale of said bonds. The following
bids were received.

Moved by Councilman Robert Syring and seconded by Councilman Tom Hudson to award the
sale of the $220,000.00 Improvement Bonds of the 1973 Street, sidewalk, curb & gutter,
storm sewer and parking lot Improvements to E. J. Prescott & Company, Motion unanimously
carried by a vote of 4-0 voted as follows for:
Mayor Lundberg, Councilmen Hudson, Otto and Syring. Against none.
Member absent, Councilman Don O. Cooper.
A copy of the resolution is attached.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 12:10 PM.
