SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER VILLAGE COUNCIL
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING
December 19, 1973 at 12:10 PM.
A Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg
on December 19, 1973 at 12:10 PM. in the Village Office Bldg. as the Canvassing Board on the
Special Village Election for General Obligation Bond for a Library Bldg. Members present:
Mayor Lundberg, Councilmen Otto, Syring, and Hudson. Councilman Don Cooper was absent.
The Clerk-Treasurer presented the Summary Statement of the vote results of the Election
Judges for Councils review.
The Council met as a Canvassing Board for the purpose of canvassing the results of the
December 18, 1973 Special Village Election,
Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Otto to accept the results of the
Election Judges as presented. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
No further business, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
