Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Church of Saint Andrew for their
annual parish festival scheduled for September 15, 2019, with the condition alcohol must be confined to
an area enclosed by a fence with a secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons
21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Church of Saint Andrew submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for an event
on July 20, 2019.
