Approve,by motion,interim pay to Lori Stich for acting as interim assistant finance director effective July
24, 2019.
Background/Discussion
Following the resignation of the assistant finance director,Accountant Lori Stich is acting as the interim
finance director until this position is filled. With the resignation of the payroll clerk, she will also be filling
in with payroll duties until a new payroll clerk is hired,which will be our priority hiring. As indicated by
past practice, a 10%increase in pay is appropriate for interim assignments.
Financial Impact
Additional pay is approximately$143 per week which will be offset by the vacant positions.
