I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 4:01 p.m.
2. Multipurpose Facility Groundbreaking
Mr. Portner began by thanking everyone who supported the project to this point.
Mayor Dietz, Councilmember Westgaard, Wagner, and Christianson also spoke
about the process and thanked individuals for their support.
Various groups gathered for photographs.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 4:28 p.m.
