Background
The applicant is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
Salina Salon and Day Spa located at 19262 Freeport Street. The background check has been
completed by the Police Department but the police chief is on vacation so he has not been
able to review and sign off on them.
Action Requested
It is recommended that the City Council approve a Therapeutic Massage License to Ron
J oily contingent upon all application materials being properly submitted and a successful
background check.
