Applicant
Lori Stich
Background
The applicant is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
Moe Therapeutic Massage located at 934 Highway 10. The applicant has met the 500 hours
of completed course work. The background check has been completed by the Police
Department but the police chief is on vacation so he has not been able to review and sign
off on them.
Action Requested
It is recommended that the City Council approve a Therapeutic Massage License to Lori
Stich contingent upon all application materials being properly submitted and a successful
background check.
