Background
The applicant is requesting a new Massage Establishment License for Bela Salon. The
Building and Fire Departments must complete a site inspection. The Police Department has
completed a successful background check.
Action Requested
It is recommended that the City Council approve a Massage Establishment License to Bela
Salon contingent upon the recommendations of the Building and Fire Departments.
