AGENDA ITEM NUMBER:
6.1c
• Continue collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time permits.
• Finished rebuilding the three phase overhead line on Jarvis Street from 165th Avenue to
just north of the railroad tracks. We will continue south to Highway 10 this winter.
• Continue installing the infrastructure required for the acquisition of Area 7, and are
starting to install the infrastructure for Area 8. We will be acquiring Areas 7 and 8 in
September.
• Finished moving the underground and overhead infrastructure for the construction of
roundabouts at County Road 13 and 33, and at County Road 13 and 40.
• Finished the Nantucket Shores Addition in Otsego, which consists of 13 lots. With this
project we also replaced the overhead single phase tap line on Nantucket Avenue with
underground.
• Continue installing the underground infrastructure for the Lawatsch Farms Addition.
Along with this, we will be rebuilding Pascal Street, Troy Street, and 189th Avenue.
• We had a primary fault on 196th Avenue in Area 3 that we acquired from Connexus. As a
result of the fault, there was an immediate need to replace some primary wire and
transformers. This area will need to be rebuilt in future.
• We spliced in a single phase transformer for an 8 unit apartment on 191 %2 Avenue. We
will finish hooking up the secondary service after the electrician installs the wires.
• Aggregate Industries removed one of their three phase transformers and replaced it
with a skid mounted transformer.
• We are working on rerouting the primary wire for the new multipurpose facility. We will
be able to do some of the work now and the rest when construction begins.
• Disconnected power to the Lions Park building to allow for demolition. We will begin
installation of the new three phase service once they have the final grade.
• We had a primary fault for the Oak Knoll Park service. As Connexus was unable to locate
the fault with their equipment, we found in necessary to install new wire.
