The property is located on Lander Street south of Lake Orono in the Fox Haven
subdivision.

Overview
The applicant is proposing split Tract B into 2 lots. The west half (Tracts A) would be
combined the applicant's property; the east half (Tract B) would be combined with the
neighbor's property.

If this registered land survey is approved, new drainage and utility easements will have to be
granted along both side of the common lot line between Tract A and Tract B. No new lots
are being created.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the proposed registered land survey with
the following conditions:
1. NEW DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS SHALL BE GRANTED ALONG THE NEW LOT
LINE.
2. TRACT A BE COMBINED WITH LOT 9 AND TRACT B BE COMBINED WITH LOT 11
