BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) held their annual Summer Conference,August 19-21.
One of the highlights of the conference is the MMUA Awards that are presented as a way to recognize
individuals, public officials,future leaders, and municipal utilities that exhibit leadership and innovation,
and provide an example for others to follow.
We're proud to announce that at this year's conference Troy Adams was awarded the President's
Award.This award, chosen by the association President, is MMUA's highest individual achievement
award. It's a great honor to achieve such a coveted award, and it goes without saying that it couldn't
have gone to a more deserving person. Congratulations to ERMU's General Manager Troy Adams.
