Case No. CU 19-14
Since the Planning Commission meeting on August 27, 2019, the applicant has proposed significant
changes to site plan and the Commission will review the updated plans on September 24, 2019.
The City Council will review the updated proposal during their October 21, 2019, meeting.

None
Statutory Review Period
Per State Statute §15.99, the required 60-day review period ends on September 23, 2019. A 60-day
extension letter has been issued to the applicant, extending the review period to the full 120 days.
