Good morning,
While the Planning Commission denied your variance for a front yard setback variance, your
request does have a real chance of getting approved by the City Council. If you would like to
withdraw from the September 16th City Council Meeting agenda,we ask that you please submit
a written letter that is signed stating that, which we can present before the Council;no escrow
would be taken out if that is the case. Nevertheless, the planning department invites you to
attend this City Council meeting.
There was a mistaken point during the presentation: your property is allowed up to 2,500 sq. ft.
of accessory structure area and NOT 2,000 sq. ft.
If you have any questions about the alternatives that were presented on during the regular
meeting last night 8/27,please don't hesitate to call or email Chris and myself.
