VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 2, 1893
Council met at 7:30 p.m. in special session.
Present: D.R. Houlton, President; W.E. Corry; S.S. Trask; and E.E. Bryant
The following resolution was on motion adopted:

Resolved: That a liquor license heretofore on the 28 day of January, 1893, granted to
J.P. Taylor be and the same hereby is transferred to V.B. Reubrek.
The bond of V.B. Reubrek for liquor license was on motion accepted, approved and ordered filed
with the Recorder for record.
The following bill was allowed: W.H. Houlton office and hall rent $35.00
On motion, adjourned.
