ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
December 7, 1959
The town board met as usual with all members present.

There were no gopher bounties paid during December. The Elk Bowl presented a beer liscense \[sic\]
for the year of 1960 which was approved. Two Gentlemen from Anoka attended our meeting to
explain the plan for a hospital district. The board were interested in the plan. As there was no
further business the following bills were Paid
