ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
January 11, 1960
The town board met in special meeting at the home of Everett Specht at Eight 8 oclock to discuss
and act on the Resolution establishing a hospital district

After some discussion the following action took place. A motion was made by Earl Schulke and
seconded by Melvel Peterson that the resolution be passed favorably. The motion carried with all in
favor. No further business being at hand the forms provided were filled out and signed
