The town Board of Elk River met with \[all?\] member \[sic\] present.

The first order of business was payment of gopher bounties. The following were Paid
Revenue fund.

Fred Pieri and Richard Gruys appeared before the board to request a town road to be built north
from Chester Pieri farm. A motion was made by Earl Schulke that the road \[be built?\] up to Fred
Pieri land within two years from this date Seconded by Everett Specht.
Floyd Liske appeared to ask for relief on fuel oil. The board agreed to help in this matter. Address
Hamel Minn.
