ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 3, 1961
The town Board met in regular monthly session with all members present.

Ronald Middelstadt met and explained he plans to build the top \[word missing?\] his basement this
spring. Next Earl Hoblen came before the board next and explained to \[sic\] his plans for a trailer
court. He wanted to get the boards permission to build one. It was agreeable with the board. Next
Louis Lohman and others appeared to see about getting the road north of Boyd repaired. Two boys
appeared for gopher bounty.
