ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 5, 1962
The board met with all members present.

The first order of business was the application of a beer liscense \[sic\] for the golf course. Lester
Judkins and Frank Dreissig presented their point. Earl Schulke moved to grant a Liscense \[sic\] for
beer also cigarettes. Seconded by Everett Specht. Mel Peterson voted against it.
A set of specifications made up by Jerry Spencer and approved by the county commissioners was
presented and approved by the town Board. All new roads in all new plats must meet these
requirements before County would approve Plat.
