A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND
PREP ARA TION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MA TIER OF
THE MAIN STREET/EVANS A VENUE INTERSECTION
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT OF 1995
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Preliminary Design Report and received
Sherburne County approval of a petition to outlet runoff into County Ditch #10;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The Main Street/Evans Avenue Intersection Drainage improvement is hereby ordered as
recommended in the Preliminary Design Report dated October 20, 1993.
2.
MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of March, 1995.
