CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION 95-23
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Agreement No. 73436 with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
to provide for a lump sum payment of $4,313.00 by the State to the City for the acquisition
of landscape materials to be planted along Trunk Highway No. 10 from Trunk Highway
No. 169 to to the corporate City limits in accordance with plans, specifications and/or special
provisions designated as the "Elk River Beautification Plan If, and in accordance with the
terms of the State's "Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreement.
