A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE
ELK HILLS DRIVE AND DODGE IMPROVEMENT
OF 1995
WHEREAS, the Developers of Outlot A Deerfield Third Addition have requested the
initiation of the preparation of plans and specifications and are willing to
escrow for the cost of such; and
WHEREAS, the Developers have indicated their willingness to accept assessments against
Outlot A Deerfield Third Addition for their fair share; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications
for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
