Action Requested
Approve,by motion, the promotion of Lori Stich to the position of Assistant Finance Director effective
October 8, 2019.
Background/Discussion
Lori Stich has been the city's accountant since early 2005. She has been serving in the interim assistant
finance director role since that position became vacant in July. We are recommending Lori Stich be
promoted to the Assistant Finance Director position. The position became vacant earlier this year with
the resignation of Jesse Dorn.
Ms. Stich will start at step A of pay grade 5E. All pay and benefits will be consistent with city policy.
Financial Impact
This is a budgeted position.
