A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
TO CHANGE THE URBAN SERVICE BOUNDARY
CITY OF ELK RIVER
CASE NO. LUA 95 - 3
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355, Subdivision 2,
prescribes the procedure for amending the Comprehensive Plan, and .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 23,
1995, and recommended approval regarding the Comprehensive Plan
amendment request for the property described as:
The area lying south of Ridgewood 2nd and 3rd additions, north of the
195th Avenue alignment, west of Proctor Avenue and east of the
Burlington Northern Railroad.
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan
amendment request and finds the change to be in general conformance to the
adopted Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that the Comprehensive Plan be amended to to expand the
Urban Service Boundary for the property as described above.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 19th day of June,
1995.
