VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 13, 1939
A special meeting of the council was held Monday March 13, 1939 at Caley’s Store at 1:30 P.M with
all members present.
The purpose of this meeting was to act on an application for a pool table license for Mrs. Ida
Burgoyne. A motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by Wm Patenaude to grant Mrs.
Burgoyne a license for two pool tables.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
