Equiplnent Direct ..c\ssistance Program Grant (CED.i\P) \vlucll is funded by tlle Department
of Homeland Security, Office of State and Local GO\Ternment Coordination and
Preparedness.
TIle actual grant \vas tile issuance of a Bullard TI Commander TIlermal Imager, 'valued at
$30,000. TIlls is a de\Tice to be used by eitller tlle police or fire deparnnent to locate

Sgt. Dan Block attended tlle training last \'leek. He is no\v certified to operate tlle equipment
and as an instructor-certified to teacll otllers in tlle operation of tllls v'err \Taluable de\Tice.
