RESOLUTION 95- 55
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR
VFW POST 5518
WHEREAS, VFW Post 5518 has made application to the State Gambling
Control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal; and
WHEREAS, the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling (pul1-
tabs) on the premises; and
WHEREAS, the premises upon which the gambling will be conducted is
the Sunshine Depot located at 701 Main Street in the City of
Elk River.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Elk River grants its approval of a Premises Permit to VFW
Post 5518 to operate charitable gambling at the Sunshine
Depot.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 28th day of August~
1995.
