Mayor Dietz and Council will recognize the recent promotions of three Lieutenants within the Fire
Department to the position of Captain.
Background/Discussion
Lieutenants Joe Evenson, Joe Libor Sr., and Mark Lees have been promoted to the position of Captain
within the Fire Department to provide leadership, mentoring, and officer development to the rank and
file of the department.
