Background/Discussion
Work sessions will be added to the end of regular meetings on the first and third Mondays as needed. At
the first Council meeting of each month, staff will present a list of future work session topics for Council
review.
Proposed work session topics are as follows with tentative agenda timeline:
■ Cyber security (awaiting ERMU IT hire)
■ Gravel Mining Master Plan (January/February 2020)
■ Energy City demonstration opportunities (January 20, 2020)
■ Joint Meeting with Utilities Commission to discuss Governance Policy (November 18, 2019)
■ Future of 413 Proctor Avenue/Activity Center property (January 2020)
■ Softball Field Plaque Discussion (January 2020)
■ Medians and Prairie Grass (February 2020)
■ Liquor Operations Transfers (June 2020—prior to budget)
