RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES 3264
WHEREAS, the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3264 has made
application for renewal of its Premise Permit; and
WHEREAS, said Premises Permit will allow the activity of
charitable gambling to take place at the Eagles Club
located at 824 Railroad Drive, Elk River, Mn.; and
WHEREAS, the Fraternal Order of Eagles have met the City's
requirement of spending 75% of the net charitable
gambling profits within the City's Trade Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River authorize the renewal of the
Premises Permit to the Fraternal Order of Eagles,
allowing charitable gambling to take place at the
Eagles Club.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the city of Elk River
this lOth day of January, 1994.
