RESOLUTION 94-10
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE
ELK PARK CENTER IMPROVEMENT OF 1994
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; and
WHEREAS, those properties anticipated to be assessed for the proposed improvements
are expected to waive their right to a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota:
1. That the City Council accepts the Feasibility Report for Elk Park
Center.
2.
MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project
Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of the
improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
