ORD 19-20City fiver Ordinance 19 - zu to be removed Underlines to be added An Ordinance Amending Chapter 46, Nuisances, of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That § 46-34 (a) (8), Public Nuisances Affecting Peace and Safety, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: (8) Sidewalks that are not kept free of snow and ice during normal business hours in commercial and industrial zoned districts and within 24 48 hours after a snowfall within residential zoned districts. SECTION 2. That § 46-86 (a), Penalties, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: (a) Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor, unless determined to be a pets y misdemeanor by the citypunishable in accordance with state law.
