A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of
Summary Publication of Ordinance 19- 21 , an Ordinance Adopting the 2020
Master Fee Schedule
WHEREAS, on November 18, 2019, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 19-21
approving the 2020 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City
Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes §462.353(4); and
WHEREAS, the 2020 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Administration, Financial,
Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River
Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and
WH EREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the
Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and
summary of Ordinance 19- 21 and that Ordinance 19- 211 shall become effective January 1, 2020.

introduced the foregoing resolution and moved its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Ovall , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz,
iCouncilmembefs Christianson, Westgaard, Ovall, Wagner. _ and the following
against: none , whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
