A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT
NO. 71720 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR STATE PROJECT NO. 8608-14
TRUNK HIGHWAY 101
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Agreement No.
71720 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for
the following purposes, to-wit:

To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of
the costs of the storm sewer construction to be performed upon, along
and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 101 at the junction ofT.H. 10
within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 8608-14 (T.H.
101=187).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such agreement.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 7thday of March,
1994.
