RESOLUTION 94-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota that the
roads hereafter described should be revoked as Municipal State
Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the roads described as follows, to wit:

Joplin Street from County Road 30 to 183rd Avenue (MSAS
Segment 129-020), 183rd Avenue NW from Waco Street to 350
feet west of Ogden Street (MSAS Segment 113-003), 183rd
Avenue NW from 350 feet west of Ogden Street to Naples Street
(MSAS Segment 113-004), 183rd Avenue NW from Naples
Street to Joplin Street (MSAS Segment 113-005), Smith Street
from County Road 33 to County State Aid Highway 21 (MSAS
Segment 114-030), Highland Road from County Road No.1 to
Proctor Avenue (MSAS Segment 110-010), and Highland Road
from Proctor Avenue to Jackson Avenue (MSAS Segment 110-
020) be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets
of Elk River, Minnesota, subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota,
is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 1994.
