VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 24, 1940
A special meeting of the Council was held at Caley’s Store at 8:30 A.M. Monday May 24, 1940
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres.; Geo Cornelius and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; Wm H Greupner, Clerk
The purpose of this meeting was to meet with Mr. Behner in regards to the painting of the water
tank. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Wm H Greupner to grant Mr. Behner the job
at $450.00 less compensation insurance at the rate of $18.33 for $100.00.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
