VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 16, 1940
A meeting of the council was held Monday Sept 16, 1940 at 8 o’clock P.M. at the Municipal
building.
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; Frank Nickerson, Trustee; Wm H Greupner, Clerk
A letter was read from Gladys Hulbert, stating that her quarterly tuition was $17.75 instead of $15.00
as she had told the Council. It was decided to pay the additional $2.75 to the St. Cloud Teachers
College.
A motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by Geo Cornelius to allow the bills presented to
the Council for the players in the Elk River Municipal Band.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
