VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 6, 1940
A special meeting was held Dec 6, 1940.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss about setting up a liquor store as the vote at the Village
election Dec 3, 1940 was for a liquor store in the village. It was decided to have an ordinance drawn
up and read at a later meeting.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
