VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 17, 1940
A meeting of the Council was held at the coach at 9 A.M.
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; Frank Nickerson, and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; Wm H Greupner,
Clerk
After looking over the possibilities of using the coach as a liquor store it was decided to rent the
same from Shorty Christian at $30.00 a month.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
