VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 12, 1939
A special meeting of the council was held Monday June 12, 1939 at Greupner’s Shoe Store
Members present:
Frank Nickerson, Pres.; G.A. Bailey and Wm Patenaude, Trustees; Wm H Greupner,
Clerk
The purpose of this meeting was to act on the 3.2 beer license for Leslie Leighton. A motion was
made by Wm Greupner seconded by Wm Patenaude to grant an on and off sale non-intoxicating
malt liquor license to Leslie Leighton for one year. Motion carried.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
