Action Requested
Extend, by motion, the deadline to record the final plat of Raspberry Ridge to February 20, 2021.
Background/Discussion
The Final Plat of Raspberry Ridge was approved on February 20, 2018. Resolution 15-51 requires the
final plat to be recorded no later than two years from the date of approval. The applicant is requesting an
extension to February 20, 2021.
Staff has no concern with the extension as requested, with the understanding that all conditions of
approval, including development fees, must be addressed prior to recording.
