A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING THE
PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT IN THE MA TIER OF THE
WESTERN AREA 2ND PHASE TRUNK SANITARY SEWER,
WATER, STORM SEWER, AND STREET
IMPROVEMENTS OF 1994
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 94-63 on June 6, 1994, receiving the
feasibility study and ordering the public hearing for the Western Area 2nd Phase
Trunk Sanitary Sewer, Water, Storm Drainage, and Street improvements for
July 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Sandpiper Estates informational hearing held on June 22, 1994, precluded .
proper notice for the July 18th public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1.
A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on
the 25th day of July, 1994, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at Elk River City Hall.
2. The City Administrator shall provide two published notices (one week apart) in the official
newspaper with at least three days between the last publication date and the hearing, and
mailed notice ten days prior to the hearing as required by law.
