Open and continue the public hearings for the Copart Phase II project until January 21, 2020.
Background/Discussion
Staff and the applicant are working together to complete a traffic analysis of the proposed use and
potential impacts to the existing road network. The applicant must complete additional analysis and
update traffic counts use in the first draft of the traffic analysis. Staff anticipates the updated report will
be available for review prior to the January 21, 2020, Council meeting.
